They wanted to buy the land so they are not interested in paying a fair land lease price or energy price for the equity people.
How do I make this work for the farmers?? There are others out there who are waiting to see how the first few farmers do.
I guess I did too good a job selling the idea. Now everybody is ready to make the 25 year commitment but the numbers don’t work for the financiers.
Please help.
